Open Roles

Ankara · Full-Time

01 RF Design Engineer Engineering

Design and develop RF receiver front-end modules and signal conditioning circuits for electronic warfare and telemetry systems.

What you'll do

  • Design LNA, filter, mixer and amplifier chains from specification through to production
  • Run link budget, noise figure and linearity analysis
  • Lay out RF boards and take them through bring-up and characterisation
  • Bench measurement with spectrum, network and noise figure analysers

What we're looking for

  • BSc or MSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Solid grasp of transmission lines, impedance matching and S-parameters
  • Experience with ADS, AWR or an equivalent RF simulation tool
  • Comfortable driving a vector network analyser unaided
Apply for this role
02 Digital Design Engineer Engineering

Design FPGA-based digital hardware for signal processing, data acquisition and datalink baseband.

What you'll do

  • Write synthesisable RTL in VHDL or Verilog and close timing on real designs
  • Build verification testbenches and take designs through simulation
  • Implement modulation, filtering and channel coding blocks in fixed point
  • Bring up boards alongside the RF and embedded teams

What we're looking for

  • BSc or MSc in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Engineering
  • RTL design experience with Vivado, Quartus or similar
  • Fixed-point arithmetic and DSP fundamentals
  • Familiarity with AXI, DDR and high-speed converter interfaces
Apply for this role
03 Embedded Software Developer Software

Develop real-time embedded software for FPGA-based signal processing and data acquisition systems.

What you'll do

  • Write firmware in C/C++ on ARM and soft-core processors
  • Implement control loops for motors, sensors and RF subsystems
  • Integrate with FPGA fabric over AXI and custom interfaces
  • Debug on target with JTAG, logic analysers and oscilloscopes

What we're looking for

  • BSc or MSc in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Strong C on bare metal or an RTOS such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr
  • Experience with SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet and CAN
  • Able to read schematics and datasheets without hand-holding
Apply for this role
04 Quality Engineer Quality

Own product and process quality across the electronics production line, from incoming inspection through to final acceptance.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and maintain inspection, test and acceptance procedures
  • Run first-article inspection and manage non-conformance reports
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions
  • Support supplier qualification and audits

What we're looking for

  • BSc in Engineering
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Experience with 8D, FMEA and structured root cause methods
  • Comfortable reading electronic assembly drawings and test specifications
