1. Who we are

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work; those that measure or advertise may only be used with your consent.
3. What rfbit.com uses
Without your consent: no cookies. rfbit.com itself sets no cookies. Your answer to the cookie bar is kept in your browser’s local storage (as “rfbit-consent”) so that we do not ask on every page. It is not a cookie and it is never sent to us.
Only if you click “Accept”:
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw on rfbit.com, kept for up to 90 days, and Google’s own cookies on its domains. They tell us which of our ads brought you to the site and how many visits our advertising produces. We do not use them to show you ads on other sites (no remarketing).
- Google Maps on the contact page: Google sets its own cookies (for example NID, up to 6 months) when the map loads. If you reject, the map stays off; the “Show map” button loads it for that page only.
Not cookies, but worth knowing: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser’s IP address reaches Google’s servers when a page opens; no cookie is set.
4. Legal basis and transfer abroad
Cookies that the site does not need in order to work are used only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)), which you give with the “Accept” button. Google processes this data on servers outside Türkiye, so these cookies involve a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9. Google describes its own use at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
5. Changing your mind
To make your choice again, open the cookie settings. If you withdraw your consent, the Google Ads cookies on rfbit.com are deleted and the tag stops. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

2. Çerez nedir
Çerezler, bir internet sitesinin tarayıcınıza kaydettiği küçük dosyalardır. Bir kısmı sitenin çalışması için gereklidir; ölçüm veya reklam amaçlı olanlar ancak onayınızla kullanılabilir.
3. rfbit.com’da kullanılanlar
Onayınız olmadan: çerez yok. rfbit.com kendisi çerez kaydetmez. Çerez çubuğuna verdiğiniz yanıt, her sayfada yeniden sormamak için tarayıcınızın yerel depolama alanında (“rfbit-consent” adıyla) tutulur. Bu bir çerez değildir ve bize gönderilmez.
Yalnızca “Accept” (Kabul et) düğmesine basarsanız:
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): rfbit.com üzerinde _gcl_au ve _gcl_aw gibi en fazla 90 gün saklanan çerezler ile Google’ın kendi alan adlarındaki çerezleri. Siteye hangi reklamımızdan geldiğinizi ve reklamlarımızın kaç ziyaret getirdiğini ölçmemizi sağlar. Size başka sitelerde reklam göstermek (yeniden pazarlama) için kullanılmaz.
- Google Haritalar (iletişim sayfası): harita yüklendiğinde Google kendi çerezlerini kaydeder (örneğin NID, en fazla 6 ay). Reddederseniz harita kapalı kalır; “Show map” düğmesi haritayı yalnızca o sayfa için açar.
Çerez olmayan ama bilmeniz gerekenler: Cloudflare Web Analytics sayfa görüntülemelerini çerez kullanmadan ve sizi tanımlamadan sayar. Yazı tiplerimiz Google Fonts’tan yüklenir; bu nedenle bir sayfa açıldığında tarayıcınızın IP adresi Google sunucularına ulaşır, çerez kaydedilmez.
4. Hukuki sebep ve yurt dışına aktarım
Sitenin çalışması için gerekli olmayan çerezler yalnızca “Accept” düğmesiyle verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanarak kullanılır (KVKK m. 5/1). Google bu verileri Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda işler; bu nedenle bu çerezlerin kullanımı KVKK m. 9 kapsamında yurt dışına aktarım içerir. Google’ın kendi kullanımı policies.google.com/technologies/cookies adresinde açıklanmıştır.
5. Tercihinizi değiştirme
Seçiminizi yeniden yapmak için çerez ayarlarını açın. Onayınızı geri alırsanız rfbit.com üzerindeki Google Ads çerezleri silinir ve etiket durur. Çerezleri tarayıcınızın ayarlarından da silebilir veya engelleyebilirsiniz.
